• If there is a decrease in the water flow, please contact us. There could be an issue with the building pumping system, piping or the filter needs to be changed.
• The membrane is not a replaceable cartridge. It is to be checked every 3 years for efficiency in the case of limescale (formation of chalky deposits) or fouling (the accumulation of unwanted material on the membrane). It is supposed to last for a very long time depending on the quality of untreated water.
•  The two carbon filters have a smart locking mechanism and will stop the flow of water in the case the filter has reached its maximum life span (locks every 1893 L).
• The Puremometer (blue indicator) shows the lifespan of the filter. In the case, the blue color in the indicator runs out request/order a carbon filter replacement as soon as possible. This means the two carbon filter cartridges must be replaced.
• After the filter has been replaced, the faucet must be opened for 5 minutes to flush any present contaminants in the plumbing system.
• If any noise issues are detected, please contact the technical team to attend to the issue at hand.
• Do not attempt to replace the filter cartridges independently without the consultation of the technical team.
